Tamarack Estates is the realization of a shared vision. During one of Linda Moffatt's walks on the large property she shares with her family in Moffat, Ontario, she pictured a time in the future when other families would enjoy this idyllic slice of rural Ontario. When Linda chose Sutcliffe Homes to build her new home on that same property, she came to understand and appreciate the dedication of builder Doug Hutchison and his Sutcliffe team. She'd found someone she could share her vision with.

The design vision for the homes of Tamarack Estates is rooted in the natural surroundings. Stone and timber craftsman style homes elegantly suited to the landscape, each with a unique character reflective of the homeowner's individual needs and personality.

Doug Hutchison has been building custom homes since 1986. He and his Sutcliffe Homes staff enjoy their craft and their enthusiasm carries over into the client's experience. Their goal is to exceed expectations. Over the years Doug's homes have become increasingly grander in scale and refined in their design and detail, all while retaining that essential "sense of home".
