You’ve met us on the phone or email, now we can get together in person. So much is learned by us taking a walk in your space or property. You can tell us about your expectations and vision for the project and we in return can offer valuable design/build advice and options. Possibilities and potential challenges are identified and addressed. With a fuller understanding we can move to the Proposal stage.

A detailed proposal including firm costs and proposed timeline is prepared and presented for your review.

We finalize the construction agreement as a commitment from both sides and move forward into the Pre-Construction stage with a committed construction start date.

This should be an exciting step! We dive into a series of meetings to finalize many of the details including project design, construction drawings and design selections. This process occurs in conjunction with the coordination of the necessary planning and permitting required to physically begin bringing your dream to life.

We finalize the construction agreement as a commitment from both sides. With all necessary permits in hand, we start as promised on the scheduled construction start date and move into each stage of construction. Our clients remain involved and present during every step, from the plumbing and electrical walkthroughs to the completion meeting.
